RULES:
- Cost is $10.00 per player.
- Limit of 15 players per team with a minimum of 4 female players.
- Player's age must be 13 or older.
- Only cabbage balls will be used. Erwinville Recreation provides all cabbage balls.
- Limit of 10 players on the field-4 being outfielders.
- Each batter will have a starting count of 2 balls and 1 strike.
- Time limit for each game is 1 hour or 5 innings whichever comes first. In the event that the games innings last longer than the game will be played up to 1 hour. Whatever inning is currently in play at the expiration of 1 hour will be completed. No new innings will begin after 55 minutes.
- A coin toss will be done before each game to decide the home team.
- Home team will be responsible for keeping the official book which will be supplied by Erwinville Recreation.
- Base length is 60 feet.
- No minimum or maximum pitching length.
- Final decisions will be made by an umpire and/or tournament directors for any problems that may occur during the tournament.
- There will be no protests. The umpires and/or tournament directors will make all decisions, whose decision is final.
- In case of a tie after time has expired, the International Tie Breaker rule is in effect. Start the inning with the last out from the previous inning on second base with no outs.
- In the event of rain the following weekend on Saturday, May 26, 2012 will be the new date for the tournament.
